Salon Policies

Cancellation Policy

I hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This helps me adjust my schedule accordingly and accommodate clients on the waiting list. I totally understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do my best to work with you in case of an emergency.

Cancellation Fees:

  • Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved appointment(s).

  • ‘No Shows’ or ‘No Calls’ will be charged 100% of the service amount.

Clients with more than one no show or last-minute cancellation will be required to secure their next appointment with a credit card or pre-payment.

Refund Policy 

At Vaught Haus of Hair, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide the highest quality services and products. Due to the time and professional products invested in each service, we do not offer refunds for services rendered. However, if you are unsatisfied with your results, please notify us within 7 days of your appointment. We will gladly offer a complimentary adjustment to address your concerns.

For retail products, we accept exchanges or returns for store credit within 10 days of purchase, provided the product is unused or lightly used and in its original packaging.
